Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee of 5,000 RWF for all applicants. This fee covers the cost of processing your application.

After submitting your online application, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. For offline applications, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email within 3-5 business days.
What is the duration of the programs?
Most TVET programs at Kageyo TVET School are 2-3 years in duration, depending on the specific trade and certification level.
Are there accommodation facilities for students?
Yes, we have limited accommodation facilities on campus. Priority is given to students from distant locations. Please indicate your accommodation needs in your application.
